Peanut Butter Kiss Blossoms
Looking for a sweet, fall treat? Love the mix of peanut butter and chocolate? Can’t get the perfect kiss from that guy or girl? We’ve got the perfect cookie recipe for you. A cookie with a sugary, peanut butter base and a chocolate kiss on top.
Ingredients:
½ cup shortening
¾ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Additional sugar to roll cookies
Hershey kisses
Directions:
Beat shortening and peanut butter together.
Add sugar and brown sugar.
Blend until fluffy.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Form into balls. Roll in sugar and place on a cookie sheet about 1-2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and press Hershey Kiss in the center while still hot.
