Super easy banana bread

This recipe makes 2 loaves of bread, the ingredients you’ll need are:

3 ½ cups flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 ⅓ cups sugar

⅔ cups of butter

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of milk

8-9 bananas (preferably over-ripe)

 

  1. To start off, you need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl.
  2. Then, using a stand mixer (or a separate bowl and a hand mixer/spoon) mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, and milk.
  3. Once mixed, slowly add in the flour, beating it well and scraping the sides.
  4. Add bananas and mix.
  5. Once everything is combined, pour into greased bread pans and bake for 60-65 minutes. (one way to tell if the bread is done or not is to stick a butter knife through the centre of the bread; if it comes out clean, it’s done! If it doesn’t and has some of the raw dough on it, bake it for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool for ten minutes, then enjoy
