S’mores Cookies


       We have officially entered the season of hot chocolate, blizzards, and snowmen; but that doesn’t mean our warm summer night s’mores need to be taken away! The gooey chocolate, golden brown marshmallow, and crunchy graham cracker. I think you know exactly what I’m talking about. But with this recipe, all of that deliciousness can be put into a cookie. I introduce you… to the s’mores cookie. 



¾ C. Softened butter

1 C. Brown sugar

⅓ C. Sugar

1 tsp. Baking soda

½ tsp. Salt

2 large eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 ¾ C. Flour

1 C. Graham cracker crumbs

2 C. Chocolate chips

1 C. Dehydrated marshmallow bits



  • Mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, and salt
  • Add in eggs and vanilla
  • Add flour and graham cracker until barely combined
  • Add chocolate chips and marshmallows 
  • Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes
  • (Makes 3 dozen cookies)
