Christmas is coming, and that means it’s time to break out the tree and get decorating!

Here is one quick and fun way to create DIY homemade ornaments with your loved ones.

 

Salt dough ornaments

  1. Mix 1 cup of salt, 2 cups of flour, and 3/4 cups of water (and optional food coloring). Knead until mixed.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it with Christmas-shaped cookie cutters, (you can use a knife to freehand if you want), and use a skewer to poke a hole in the top.
  3. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. (or let air dry)

OPTIONAL: Glue extra decoration or paint.
