No Bake Cookies
1 – No bake cookies are a favorite of many students bakers because they crush the sweet tooth craving, and don’t take too much time to make.
2 – Before you start , make sure you have all of your ingredients check out the list.
2 cups of sugar
½ cup milk
1 stick unsalted butter
¼ unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
large pinch of kosher salt
3 – Start by lining two baking sheets with parchment paper if you don’t have parchment paper you can use aluminum foil lightly sprayed with cooking spray, or wax paper.
4 – Bring sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Make sure no to over cook your oats.
5 – Add oat, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt, stir to combine. Just like any other recipe. you may want to experiment from one batch to the next with a little more or less of some of the ingredients like vanilla, or oats to see how it impacts the overall cookies
6 – if there is more than one person in the house, just ignore this paragraph as i bet the cookies are already gone! but if you are solo keep the cookies a secret, refrigerat in an airtight container for 3 days.
