Delicious Chili
This chili recipe makes about 6-8 servings, and for it, you’ll need:
1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 medium onion yellow, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 red pepper, 1-2 pounds of lean ground beef, 2 ½ tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 tbs. brown sugar, 2 tbs. tomato paste, 1 can of green chilies, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, a pinch of oregano and rosemary, 1 ½ cups beef broth, 1 (15 oz.) can of petite diced tomatoes, 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
For the supplies, you’ll need:
A knife, cutting board, pot, crock pot, spatula, and measuring spoons and cups.
- First, you’ll start off by putting oil in the pot on medium heat, mincing your pepper, onion, and garlic while you wait.
- Then, you’ll add in the minced pepper, onion, and garlic, sauteing it until it’s nice and brown.
- Mix together your spice in a small bowl off to the side.
- Once they’re sauteed, add in the meat and spices.
- Once the meat is fully cooked, transfer it over to the crock pot and mix in the sauces, letting sit for about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
